Quote for Reflection (Sunday, May 12, 2019)

It is important to have a clear understanding of the place of the Church in the purpose of God. Other wise it is so easy to give up on the Church. It is full of sin – because it is full of sinners like you and me! But God has not given up on the Church. He cherishes it like his bride. He wants to show through the Church to the principalities and powers of darkness what he can do with a community of people who, however weak and sinful, entrusts their lives to Him (Ephesians 3: 10) Sharing your faith with friends and family.
