Did You Know? (Sunday, March 31, 2019)

The fourth Sunday of Lent is also referred to as ‘Refreshment  Sunday’. This is because the rules traditionally associated with fasting during lent, are relaxed on this Sunday, in order to take in food so as to rejuvenate our physical bodies, as we set our face to the steep journey that lies ahead, leading up to Good Friday.
